At Fixo, we want to ensure your tech works perfectly for you, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all electronic devices and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included cables and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fixo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all components like chargers and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Fixo
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
